Please print the selected forms. Please take a few minutes to register your children for the 2009-2010 school year. Our office will be open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Grades 1 through 8 are held on Tuesday.
Grades 1- 5 meet from 4:30 - 5:30PM.
Grades 6 - 8 meet from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
Preschool classes for 4 and 5 year olds are held on Sundays during the 10:00 AM mass
REGISTRATION:
Our classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. SO PLEASE PRINT AND MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Religious Education Registration Form

TUITION 2009-2010:
GRADES 1 - 8:
$70.00 per family with a book fee of $15.00 per student.
Preschool:
$25.00 for preschool (if no other children are in the Religious Ed. Program) plus $15.00 book fee.
We ask that all tuition be paid in full by November 2008. If you cannot pay the full amount at one time you may speak to us about a payment schedule. TUITION IS NECESSARY TO SUBSIDIZE THE PROGRAM!
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS FOR THIS YEAR IF THERE IS A BALANCE DUE FROM THE PRIOR YEAR!

Our Religious Ed. Program is successful because of the dedication and support not only of our catechists, but of each of our families. Please look over the volunteer sheet on this web site and determine how you can be of service to our program and your children. Any time you can offer is much appreciated. We are in desperate need of substitute catechists. Can you help?
